Standing in yab-yum with his consort, trampling two prostrate figures atop a lotus base, with three heads surmounted by a small horse head, four legs and six arms, holding an elephant skin across his back, a danda and in his right arms, and a sword and kapala in his left, with wrathful expressions on the faces, each wearing a tiara and foliate earrings, details highlighted in polychrome
