Qianlong seal mark in underglaze blue and of the period
The lower body well painted in Ming style with 'heaped-and-piled' effect with a broad band of foliate scroll bearing eight large blossoms and blossoms in profile, with further bands of foliate scroll on the neck, all within bands of ruyi heads and waves, the latter repeated below the flared rim and on the pair of tubular handles, the flared foot encircled by a band of petal lappets
