Daoguang seal mark in iron-red and of the period
The exterior well painted with four lotus sprays conjoined by four small sprays of the sanduo, peach, finger citron and pomegranate, suspending a chime, all below a narrow ruyi border, the interior with a central medallion incorporating flowerheads, peaches and bats in a formal arrangement below a peach and foliate scroll band at the rim; together with a famille rose pink-ground bowl, Jiaqing seal mark in iron-red and of the period, the exterior decorated with conjoined lotus sprays separated by twin fish within ruyi and lappet borders, all reserved on a pink ground, the interior decorated in iron red with the wufu encircling a shou medallion
