with entwined cable handle with flowerhead terminals, painted in puce with a loose spray of flowers among scattered sprigs, circa 1775 -- 22.5cm. high; a creamware cylindrical tea canister, transfer-printed in black with an allegorical figure representing Dutch independence, the Dutch lion and a scroll printed with 'VoorVryheld en Vaderland', 18th century -- 11cm. high; a pottery spill vase modelled as a recumbent horse -- 15.5cm. high; a Wedgwood 'Mottled Ware' teapot and cover, impressed mark, late 19th century -- 18cm. high; and two Westerwald stoneware mugs moulded with a GR monogram below a crown, 18th century, the tallest -- 16cm. high (6)
