The case with canted angles and carved overall with C-scrolls, rockwork and flower-heads, on scrolling feet, the rectangular trunk door with a glazed lenticle formed by C-scrolls, the arched hood centred by a rockwork and foliage clasp, the brass dial with pewter chapter ring with Roman and Arabic numerals, pierced steel hands, with a brass roundel to the arch, the weight driven movement with anchor escapement and strikes on two bells, the case and movement associated
