Woven in wools and silks, depicting to the centre a crowned seated maiden being approached by a couple gesticulating, behind her a further maiden and to the right with a couple leaving a building with a balcony, in a park landscape with various buildings and moutains in the distance, the architectural borders with floral and fruiting sprays and various figures within canopied and balustrated surroundings and divided by fountains, within a blue outer slip, the top and bottom outer slip later, reweaving and patching, with weaver's mark to the right hand border
