In two parts: the upper with rectangular top and molded broken swan's-neck pediment centering a ball-and-spire finial flanked by two similar finials above fluted plinths over a conforming case with two panelled doors revealing a shelved interior; the lower conforming case with thumbmolded slant lid opening to a compartmented interior fitted with eight valanced pigeonholes centering a shell-carved drawer above five short drawers over three long drawers, all above four graduated long drawers, on ogee bracket feet, appears to retain its original brasses
