Woven in wools, silks and silver thread, depicting a foliate and 'C'-scroll pattern on a sang de boeuf ground, to the centre with an oval medallion with a pair of doves feeding each other, to top and bottom with further cartouches in rocaille and acanthus sprays centred by bouquets of flowers, the borders with scrolling foliage and with a silver thread outer slip, minor reweaving, patching particularly to the outer slip, the outer slip partially folded over
