Of cylindrical form on small foot. the sloping shoulder rising to a vertical neck with everted mouth, the sides moulded with a large kufic inscription, the tall hastae knotted together, on a ground of tight scrolling vine, a band below of simple vertical bands, the shoulder with a bands of running animals reserved against a lustre ground, the neck with simple scrolling motifs, the interior with bold stylised kufic, old repairs, minimal restoration
