A pair of famille verte models of Buddhistic lions
seated on pierced rectangular bases, facing left and right, one with its foot resting upon a cub, the beasts wearing bell collars, the details well moulded, the bases decorated with scattered flowers and hatch pattern -- 17in. (43cms) high, 19th century, (one with brocade ball to foot missing, some chips to extremities).
