Paris., the compass edge-bar needle with jewelled cap, needle stop, inclinometer arm, the compass box with two folding sights, level and cross-bubble, the plane-table square with chamfered edge, one side engraved with a scale 0-9cm., mounted on a hinged bracket located on a tapering pillar support and stepped circular lead-filled plinth base, stamped on the underside DEYGAS LYON -- 7in. (17.8cm.) high
