The dentilled and molded overhanging cornice with an alternating patera and fluted frieze above two glazed rosewood-banded doors with central carved patera and unusual serpentine and diagonal mullions enclosing two movable shelves, the lower section with a rosewood-banded slant front enclosing an interior fitted with four central drawers flanked to each side by three pigeonholes over a long drawer and four short drawers, each drawer with boxwood checker stringing, above two short and three graduated long drawers with molded surrounds on bracket feet, the lacquered brass pulls replaced, with the white chalk inscription BULLER/POPHAM(?)
