Comprising three gilt-tooled green leather-inset treads with reeded edge, the hinged top step enclosing a well, the middle step pulling out to a glazed ceramic pot with turned cover, on ring-turned tapering legs and ovoid feet, with overall ebony stringing, the pot impressed with clover mark and numbers 3 and 11
