Shaped rectangular of four tab feet with stylized shells, the gadrooned rim with shells at intervals, set with two pen troughs and fitted with two cut-glass inkpots with detachable silver covers with floral rims, centering a taperstick with conical snuffer attached with chain, marked under base, inkstand rings, covers, neck mount, taperstick and snuffer
