A SILVER TWO-HANDLED CUP AND COVER
Bearing spurious marks for Paul Storr, London, 1808
The urn-form cup with a lower bulbous band of fluting on a matte ground, and an upper applied band of grapes and vines, flanked by two leaf-capped scroll handles, and raised on a stepped circular base with similar decoration; the domed cover with two bands of fluting, a narrow band of grapes and vines, and with a central ball finial chased with berries and leaves.
