The fish slice with a tapering cast handle with scrolling openwork decoration at the top, the triangular slice pierced with a design of scrolling foliage surrounding a fish with a curled tail; the cylindrical taper box with hinged cover with sliding piece for the wax, and engraved with a crest, the side with a folding handle; the fish slice marked underneath, the taper box marked on the lid (lacking town mark), but marks not visible on the base.
