A VERMEIL AND MOLTEN GLASS CROSS PENDANT AND TWO GILT METAL AND MOLTEN GLASS PENDANT BROOCHES, CHANEL
The cross pendant, of diminutive size, inset with red and green molten glass segments, mounted in vermeil, circa 1964, with French hallmarks; a pendant brooch, designed as a collet-set square green molten glass segment continuing to a circular field inset with molten glass wedge shaped ground centering a green molten glass cross, in gilt metal; and a pendant brooch, the fan shaped field with green molten glass wedges centering a circle of four red molten glass segments suspending a rock crystal drop, mounted in gilt metal, 2, 2.50, and 2.25 in., respectively
The cross pendant was inspired by those worn in the Middle Ages. The cross suspended from the chain necklace was Georgian inspired.
