The later serpentine-fronted moulded rectangular brèche d'Alep marble top above two drawers inlaid sans traverse with floral marquetry within a shaped rectangular cartouche, the sides inlaid conformingly, the waved apron centred by a pierced foliate clasp, the keeled angles headed by cabochon clasps and terminating in foliate sabots with C-scrolls, stamped C..T and JME and numbered in ink 15, the marble top restored, remounted
