Maker's mark of Johann Henrich & Georg Fridrich Quillhorst Carstsens, Amsterdam, 1844
On square-shaped stepped base with rounded corners, the basket with everted rim engraved with foliage, scrolls and trelliswork, shaped swing handle with similar engravings, rosettes at the hinge (one missing)
