A GREENISH-WHITE JADE COVERED EWER AND A PAIR OF WINE CUPS AND SAUCERS
18th/19th Century
The ewer of globular form, carved with a scrolling handle and short spout, the sides carved in low relief with pine, prunus and bamboo continuing onto the domed cover below a foliate finial; the two cups of deep bell form raised on small foot rings and set onto shallow saucers, the stone of all pieces of pale greenish-white tone
Ewer 5in. (12.7cm.) high; stands 45/8in. (11.8cm.) diam. (3)
