Mid-18th Century, the settee formed out of three chairs in the 19th Century
Comprising a triple-chairback settee and a pair of armchairs each with a yoke-form crestrail above a scrolled vasiform splat inlaid with a vase issuing floral sprays and bellflower husks, the horseshoe-shaped drop-in seat covered in blue cotton, on bellflower-headed cabriole legs terminating in hoof feet
