A SILVER KEYLESS DECKWATCH MADE FOR THE ADMIRALTY
VACHERON & CONSTANTIN, CASE NO. 278387, 1940's
the nickel plated movement jewelled to the third, the bimetallic balance with micrometer regulation, wolf's tooth winding, the white dial with Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds and blued steel hands, with the Admiralty mark and number 6849, in plain case with hinged cuvette, the back engraved with the Hydrological Survey no.H S 2 with Admiralty arrow, case, dial and movement signed, diameter 58mm.
