white enamel dial with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, blued steel hands, strike/silence and hours & quarters/hours levers in the bezel, movement jewelled to the hammers, tandem winding, bimetallic compensation balance, striking and repeating the hours and quarters on two gongs, gold cuvette, plain polished case, casemaker's initials MF, London marks for 1877, diameter 55mm.
