The body decorated with two confronting cockerels with detailed feathering flanking a large conjoined double lotus, lotuses over the back of each bird, the field infilled overall with rosettes, a large multi-petalled rosette on the base, two dark brown bands above the base and around the shoulder, a frieze of tongues on the neck, petals on the rim, small pierced handle, details incised and in added red and white, rim repaired
