With reserved band on foot, high twin-handles rising from the shoulder and lid with tall knob, 4½ in. (11.5 cm.) high; a black-glazed stemless cup, the interior decorated with a central stamped gorgon head, with inscription, surrounded by an incised star motif with stamped palmette at each point, 45/8 in. (11.8 cm.) diam.; a large black-glazed squat lekythos, neck repaired, 9¼ in. (23.5 cm.) high; a small black-glazed round-mouthed juglet, 3in. (7.6 cm.) high, all 4th-3rd Century B.C.; and a terracotta mask, 3 in. (7.6 cm.) high (5)

Lot Essay
