painted and gilt with panels of ladies, dignitaries and boys on terraces and in gardens on grounds of birds and butterflies, scattered precious objects, fruit and flower sprays -- 16½in. (42cms) diam, (enamel rubbing to centre); and a pair of Imari baluster vases with shaped panels of ho-o and flowering gardens -- 10in. (25.5cms) high, 19th century.
