The pentagonal upper section surmounted by a female figure, above a dome and two tiers, the upper with figures set in niches, the lower inset with dials, each with a watch movement, supported on five columnar uprights and a cylindrical lower section with two tiers of roundels each depicting figures, on stepped base, rounded and arched plinth and paw feet, stamped HB and A to each foot
