With swamped twist two-stage barrel with silver bead fore-sight, inscribed 'Alexandria' on the octagonal breech and with two platinum lines at the rear and platinum-lined touch-hole, engraved grooved tang, signed case-hardened border engraved flat bevelled lock with stepped tail, roller, rainproof pan, and forward-curling comb on the cock, figured walnut half-stock, chequered grip, engraved iron mounts in the English manner, silver escutcheon, horn fore-end cap, and original horn-tipped ramrod with worm
