A Highly Unusual 20-Bore Irish Single-Trigger D.B. Flintlock Sporting Gun

With rebrowned twist barrels serial numbered and dated on the underside and with silver fore-sight, recessed patent breeches each with two gold lines, gold-lined maker's stamp (Neue Støckel 8021), and removable gold-lined touch-hole, engraved gold-inlaid grooved tang with retractable back-sight, signed border engraved locks each stamped on the inner side with locksmith's initials 'MP' and with 'French' cock, roller, selector, and gold-lined swing-out rainproof pan, figured walnut half-stock (minor bruising), chequered grip and fore-end, engraved iron mounts (some light pitting) including scroll trigger-guard with pierced gold-inlaid urn and pineapple finial, engraved silver ramrod tail-pipe, and original brass-mounted ramrod, together with a turnscrew and a key for removing the touch-holes
