A Very Rare Pair Of 16-Bore Forsyth Patent Roller Primer Pistols

With sighted barrels each signed 'Forsyth Patent Gun Com.y London' on the top flat of the breech, case-hardened patent breeches each fitted with back-sight, engraved tangs, signed serial numbered border engraved bevelled locks each with engraved stepped tail and serial numbered primer, figured walnut stocks, chequered grips, engraved iron mounts, silver escutcheons, and stirrup ramrods (each barrel with minor pitting, No. 204 with some wear, and minor restoration to the stock, No. 203 retaining much original finish), London proof marks
