On four foliate scroll legs terminating in openwork scroll feet, the waisted apron pierced with stars and quatrefoils above an openwork foliate scroll border, surmounted by a similarly pierced central boat-shaped basket with gadroon and shell border, with four removable scroll branches each supporting a circular fluted dish with gadroon and scroll border, the central basket engraved with a coat-of-arms, the four dishes and frame engraved with a crest, marked on frame, basket, dishes and arms
