Of typical form, raised on four shell feet and with central baluster handle, with three baluster casters with high-domed covers pierced and engraved with scrolls and trelliswork, with two cut-glass bottles with circular silver covers, the front of stand applied with a cartouche engraved with a crest and motto, marked under stand and casters
