Maker's mark of William Darker, London, 1729
Baluster on three hoof feet, with baluster ivory side handle and short spout, the hinged flat cover with baluster finial, the side engraved with a coat-of-arms and crest within foliate scroll and female mask cartouche, engraved under base with block initials MW, marked under base and cover and on bezel
4½in. (11.5cm.) high; gross weight 7oz. 10dwt. (243gr.)
