Tapering cylindrical on reeded foot, the hinged flat-topped cover with crenellated lip and scroll thumbpiece, the tubular handle applied with beaded rat-tail over engraved initials W over IM, the front engraved with a coat-of-arms and crest within foliate mantling, marked on body, cover and handle
