Tapering cylindrical on stepped foot, applied with the gilt and partially enamelled cross and ribbon of the Order of Saint George, below the gilded Russian word 'Glory', with engraved Russian inscription 'To the first St. George Knights of the 10th Company of the 11th Eastern Sibirian Rifle regiment from the Company commander Eugene Pavlovich Diukovskii 1905', the reverse with engraved names of the recipients, marked under base
