marked Fabergé, workmaster Michael Perchin, St. Petersburg, 1896-1908, with scratched inventory number 5950
Oblong of arched form, with chased and engraved laurel borders and two-color gold rosettes at the two corners, the translucent oyster enamel over engraved sunburst ground, emanating from an oval bezel set with split-pearls, enclosing a portrait miniature of the Tsarina Alexandra Feodorovna, by Zehngraf (signed center right), re-enamelled, with gold strut, marked on rim and strut, in original fitted case, the cover stamped in Russian 'Fabergé St. Petersburg Moscow Odessa' with Imperial warrant
