Lot Essay

(Marie) Pauline (1780-1825), Princess Borghese, daughter of Charles and Marie Bonaparte and Napoleon's favourite sister. Her first husband, General Leclerc, died of yellow fever in Haiti. She then married Prince Camillo Borghese (1775-1832).
