A George, Prince of Wales, tortoiseshell and gold circular box
the lid inset with the profile bust of the Prince, his hair wreathed in bay laurel, the truncation inscribed RUNDELL, BRIDGE ET RUNDELL I BARKER F, bearing the Latin legend GEORGIUS PRINCEPS WALLIÆ PATRIAM PRO PATRE REGENS MDCCCXIIII, the interior commemoratively engraved:- THE GIFT OF His Majesty George Fourth to Viscount Powerscourt on Monday 3rd September, 1821, on board the Royal George in Royal Harbour, Kingstown, after his having had the high honor(sic) and the very great gratification of receiving His Majesty at Powerscourt and of accompanying him in his carriage and in his boat to the Royal George.
