The mottled glass shade with applied scarabs, stylised foliate wrought metal base

Engraved mark DAUM NANCY with cross of Lorraine

The present model was shown at the Exposition Lorraine (Ecole de Nancy) at the Musée de l'Union Centrale des Arts Décoratifs, Paris. It was highlighted in contemporary sources as one the most successful lighting designs by Majorelle.
