August 1792:"To the southernmost point of the peninsula of India has been given the name of Cape Comorin...
October 1792: "This view was taken near Mavelaporam on the Coromandel coast. Most of the Hindoo Temples in the southern part of Hindoostan have attached pavillions,...principally used on those festival days when it is thought proper to make such an exhibition for the gratification of the populace".
