An Indian steel dagger
19th century
the slightly curved and ribbed blade stained ivory handle -- 13½in. (34.3cm.) long; another steel dagger with curved double-edged and ribbed blade and horn handle -- 15¼in. (38.8cm.) long; and an ivory scabbard of rectangular tapering shape, incised with roundels containing figures and animals between bands of geometric designs -- 15in. (38.1cm.) long, (age cracks and old wear).
