gouache heightened with gold on paper, each with 6ll. of black nasta'liq within gold clouds, within panels of predominantly gold, blue, black and red illuminated, half-lozenges at either side and cupsed outer band, headings in white above and below, verso with folio of text with illuminated heading panel above, margins stencilled with simple birds and flowers, left folio with illustration of a prince kneeling before his horse with four attendants behind, illuminated cusped border and half lozenges as recto, framed and glazed - bifolio 33 x 42.5cm.
