early 20th Century
painted in coloured enamels with Moses standing wearing a toga holding a calligraphic tablet in his left arm, all on on turquoise ground reserved with flowers -- 9in.x 12¾in. (22.8cm.x 32.2cm.), (glaze crackled and with some wear.)
