With nickel-finished lever movement, 29 jewels, repeating on two hammers, glazed dust cover, the gilt matt dial with applied Breguet numerals, gilt moon-style hands, four subsidiary dials indicating date, day, month and phases of the moon combined with constant seconds, in circular heavy case with hinged back (No. 2830798 Ref. 945), repeating slide in the band, together with Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives, Patek Philippe leather pouch, case, dial and movement signed
