The funnel bowl engraved with a galleon with flying pennants, flanked by a peasant driving a horse-drawn plough, inscribed T:Stat:N:Land:Wel:Vaaren, to the lower part inscribed Zegen en Bloei aan 't Herstelde Kweekschool voor de Zeevaart, on knopped inverted baluster stem, enclosing an elongated tear, the domed foot folded
