Late 19th/20th century, with underglaze blue crossed swords mark and Pressnummern 171 and 43 and painter's mark 19
After a model by J.J. Kaendler, painted in colours, the tailor holding scissors and carrying a bucket with two small goats on his back, the goat holding an iron in its mouth, on flat rectangular base (restored)
