Painted in colours with a propaganda prayer in favour of prince Willem V of Orange, inscribed; Siet wat Hier van Agtren staat Bit voor U Vorst Wenst hem geen Kwaat, to the front and back, further with his portrait in profile flanked by PW and D5, upon an orangist vignette, further with orange branches
