Each with channelled, padded and cartouche-shaped back, arms and waved seat with squab-cushion covered in close-nailed cream floral silk-damask, the waved toprail centred by two flowerheads in a foliate cartouche flanked by trailing foliage, the arm-supports carved with a scallop-shell to the end and the shaped seat-rail with three flowerheads flanked by trailing foliage, on cabriole legs headed by a flowerhead and terminating in a foliate scroll, both stamped 'NOGARET. A. LYON' to the back of the back seat-rail, restorations, variations in carving (2)
