THE SCEPTER RANGE In 1993 Arnold Rolak was poised to launch the Scepter range, created under the auspices of Charles Biggs with the help of Ron Cameron's sculpting and Roy and Tony Dilley's painting expertise. The impending series was so good that on seeing them Britains felt they must not be issued in competition with them, and bought the range which was then issued as Premier. This lot comprises mostly unboxed, but completely finished prototypes of the Sceptre Range, with examples of the sales literature and reviews produced through photographing them.
