Centered by a rosette medallion surrounded by a floral garland, laurel crowns and cartouches with foliate scrolls on a light green ground bordered with acanthus and abundance horns, the corners decorated with palmettes and acanthus scrolls on a cream field, the outer brown border signed R.F.T.
